What is included in the retreat?

The retreat includes 3 nights of accommodation, wellness activities, select meals, and local transportation during the experience. You’ll enjoy restorative yoga, therapeutic Pilates, NeuroDance, somatic singing, guided meditations, a women’s circle, hiking, and a Thai massage workshop.

Do I need experience in yoga, Pilates, or dance?

No. The activities are designed as spaces for discovery, reconnection, and well-being. You are invited to participate at your own pace while honoring your body and your needs.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for women who feel the need to pause, reconnect with themselves, and nurture their physical and emotional well-being in a welcoming and restorative environment.

What is the accommodation like?

Accommodation will be at La Maison du Shed, featuring comfortable rooms and warm, inviting common areas filled with natural light. The setting has been carefully chosen to encourage rest, connection, and well-being.

What are the payment options?

You can reserve your spot with a deposit of USD $100 (CAD $140 or MXN $1,700). The remaining balance can then be paid in two installments, in August and September. Full payment must be completed no later than September 30, 2026.

Optional Experience

On October 8 in Montreal, we will welcome our special guest from Mexico, Marisol Guerrero, who will offer an Access Bars Certification. This certification is optional, is not part of the retreat, and requires separate registration and payment.
